Gratitude 10 Vulnerability

I’ve never been more aware of the power of vulnerability than the last 6 months. Much credit must be given to Brene Brown for her books and Ted Talks that lay it out-shame is the enemy of intimacy, of creativity, of play. Vulnerability lets one be seen.
But credit also must be given to several friends who have acted as guides, even if they didn’t know it. I don’t know if naming them here is a good idea or not, but I hope they know who they are.
I’m thankful for those lessons for myself but also for those in my life who mean the most to me, the risks they’ve been willing to take to be vulnerable with me and to extend their full self towards me allowing me to grow more than I could possibly realize.
