Gratitude 7 Meanderings Ancient

Nature is both soothing and challenging. Imagine the time it took water to carve these rocks. And really, in the scheme of things, these particular sculptures probably didn’t take all that long, but slow enough to do it well.

The earth will abide, with or without us. I have hope that humans will be go on, individual yet connected, together and compassionate, sharing the earth and learning how to be more and more like the image of god we have decided we ourselves take after. There is so much around us ready for us to love. Love is waiting for us, not fear. Fear has had it’s time. Let’s try to love, dialogue, understand. And go slowly as we do it, making sure we do it well.
