Chili with Beans
Ground meat/venison/pork/turkey or whathaveyou, 1/2 pound
Black Beans, 1 can
Ranch Beans, 1 can
Corn, 1-2 cans
Crushed tomatoes, 1 large can
Beer, 1 bottle
Chili Mix (or your own blend of cumin, cayenne, chili powder, salt, flour)
Jalapeno, minced (optional)
Sugar, 2-3 tablespoons
Saute vegetables and aromatics in olive oil
Add tomatoes, canned goods, beer, sugar
Bring to boil, reduce heat.
Cook for several hours on low.
Serve with rice or cornbread and with sour cream and cheese.
Eat outdoors, in the cool and chilly air with someone you truly enjoy.
